Bruxelles station will be located on the east side of the Bucharest – Ploiești Road, in the north-east area of the intersection between the Bucharest – Ploiești Road and the Ring Road (D.N.C.B.). The Bruxelles station is the launch pad from which the TBMs will be launched in each of the two directions. This station will be equipped with two access points, a gallery and a parking lot in the adjacent green area. The height of the parking lot is B+Gf+1F+walkable terrace. Bruxelles station has a length of 295 m, of which 146.3 m are for the shunting area at the northern end, and has a maximum width of 28.27 m.
Current Work Status
- July 2026: Utility relocation works continued, along with the execution of the diaphragm walls for the TBM launch shaft. Structural works progress: 19%.
- June 2026: Utility relocation works continued, along with the execution of the initial structural elements – diaphragm walls, barrettes and guide beams. Structural works progress: 15%.
- April 2026: Site preparation works, utility relocations and initial works for the structure (diaphragm walls, barrettes and guide beams) were carried out. Structural works progress: 10%.
- March 2026: Mobilisation and site preparation works, utility relocations and works specific to the structure were carried out. Structural works progress: 8%.
- February 2026: Electrical and water utility relocation activities are under way, and the execution of the guide beams has reached 56%. Barrettes and diaphragm walls are being executed, and Access A stands at 2%. Structural works progress: 5%.
- January 2026: Additional quantities of work were executed, namely 130 linear meters of drilling for the deep well and approximately 1,500 kg of reinforcement for the guide beams of the diaphragm walls.

- November 2025: A total of 169 linear meters of guide beams for the diaphragm walls were completed, along with 22 guide beams for the station barrettes (94.6 linear meters), with 228 m³ of soil excavated. Structural works progress: 38%.
- October 2025: Preparatory works were carried out for the excavation and support phases, including equipment mobilization and topographical verification of the site.
