Starting from Tuesday, 21.05.2024, at 10:00 a.m., traffic will be restricted on lane 1 on the roadway belt between General Ștefan Holban Street and Selgros Cash & Carry.
The STB station at the intersection of General Ștefan Holban Street and București-Ploiești Road, towards Otopeni – Bucharest, will be relocated approximately 100 meters towards Otopeni.
Traffic restriction occurs as a result of site activities under the construction contract “Bucharest International Airport Rail Access Link Project (Metro Line 6. 1 Mai-Otopeni). Design and Build – Civil Works for Lot 1.1: 1 Mai-Tokyo” at the upcoming metro station Aeroport Băneasa, on the alignment of the future M6 Metro Line, South Section.
Traffic will be restricted according to the plan approved jointly by C.N.A.I.R. and I.G.P.P.R.
Road signage is carried out according to legal requirements applicable.
