Starting Wednesday, May 22, 2024, traffic on Grațioasă Street will be closed on the segment between the end of tramway line 5 and București-Ploiești Road.
The traffic closure is due to the site activities within the construction contract “Bucharest International Airport Rail Access Link Project (Metro Line 6. 1 Mai-Otopeni). Design and Build – Civil Works for Lot 1.1: 1Mai-Tokyo” at the upcoming metro station Aeroport Băneasa, on the alignment of the future M6 Metro Line, South Section.
Traffic will be closed according to the plan approved jointly by C.N.A.I.R. and I.G.P.P.R.
Road signage is carried out according to legal requirements in force.

“Bucharest International Airport Rail Access Link Project (Metro Line 6. 1 Mai – Otopeni)” is a public utility project of national importance, according to Government Decision no. 496/2017, as amended, which ensures the mobility needs of people through the development of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T).
