Traffic closed on Grațioasă Street

From Wednesday, May 22, 2024, Grațioasă Street will be closed to traffic between the terminus of tram line 5 and Șoseaua București – Ploiești.

The traffic restriction occurred as a result of construction work carried out under the contract “Bucharest International Airport Rail Access Link Project (Metro Line 6. 1 Mai-Otopeni). Design and Build – Civil Works for Lot 1.1: 1Mai-Tokyo” at the future Aeroport Băneasa metro station, on the alignment of the future M6 Metro Line, South Section.

Traffic will be closed according to the plan approved jointly by C.N.A.I.R. and I.G.P.P.R.

Road signage is carried out according to legal requirements in force.

We would like to thank all traffic participants on the above-mentioned route and all residents in the area for their understanding.

“Bucharest International Airport Rail Access Link Project (Metro Line 6. 1 Mai – Otopeni)” is a public utility project of national importance, according to Government Decision no. 496/2017, as amended, which ensures the mobility needs of people through the development of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T).
